Catherine Mary Booher, 67 of Sarver passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Hospice after a long battle with breast cancer.

Born January 4, 1950 in Natrona Heights, PA, she was the daughter of the late Carl Lewis and Faletta Clark Lewis.

Cathy retired after 27 years from Du Co Ceramics in Saxonburg. She enjoyed mowing grass, gardening, yard sales, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are husband, John Booher, who she married April 1, 1966, her children, Jeff (Carrie) Booher of Sarver, Joyce (Robert) Porter of Centerville, IN, Joanne (Dennis) Armstrong of Liberty Center, OH, and Jessica (Robert) Eury of Butler, grandchildren, Amanda (Justin) Ross, Joshua Booher, Nickolas Porter, Katelynn Porter, Megan Porter, and Steffany Armstrong, great granddaughters, Emma and Brooklyn Ross and Kendall Porter, sisters, Danna (Richard) Vernon of Butler, Carol Morgain of Butler, and Rebecca (Mike) Woods of Sarver and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Greysen Booher.

Friends will be received on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc. 410 W. Main Street, Saxonburg.

Services will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Robert H. Wilson officiating.

Interment will follow in Summit UP Church Cemetery.
