Cynthia Lee Harbison, 63, of Sarver passed away on May 11, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born December 13, 1953 in Butler, PA, she was the daughter of John A. McCool and Betty B. Mentzer McCool.

She worked as a PR Development manager for Community Care Connections. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Sarver, the Junior Women's Club, and the Butler A.M. Rotary. She enjoyed traveling and volunteer work.

Cindy graduated from Butler High School in 1972 and was an active member of the reunion planning community for many years. Cindy was a self described compulsive volunteer. As a member of the Junior Women's Club of Butler for over a decade, she co-chaired the annual "Holly Berry" event. Cindy had been a very active member of the Butler A.M. Rotary for a number of years. She was the second female member to be elected president and truly tried to live her life by the Four Way Test.

Surviving are her son, Patrick (Kaitlyn) McIntyre of Butler, her daughter, Amanda McIntyre of Sarver, her brother, John (Kandy) McCool of Butler, two sisters, Nancy (James) Neely of Butler andPatty McCool of Harrisburg, PA, 3 grandchildren, Ryann, Cole and Violet, her companion, Jim Barbara, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She is preceded in death by parents, her husbands, Robert Lassinger and Daniel Harbison.

Friends will be received on Monday, May 15, 2017, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, 11:00 am at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, Saxonburg, PA, with Rev. Jonathan Porter officiating.
