Message from Elizabeth Lawson Ferroni and family
June 6, 2017 3:37 PM
So sorry to hear of the passing of Edgar, please know your family will be in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. I have many fond memories from my childhood of coming to the "other" Lawson home with 8 children as well. I remember having picnics on your front porch. I am sorry for your loss.

Anna and Lydia forever remember Uncle Edgar making them laugh with his dog who was trained to say "I love mom " and the memories of picnics in the field.
He passed on smiling, joy and love of Christ and awareness of all around him. One amazing man.
Our deep saddest with a celebration for his graduation day!

It is with a sad heart, This family will be greatly lost without Edgar, Pap, Grandpap, Uncle. I know I will really miss his dry jokes and his always asking how I was, and when I answered with fine, he would answer, not smooth, coarse or rough. He taught me many things as I was growing up and spending time with the family on my many summer vacations at their house. He was a father figure to me that I loved dearly, Bless you June & the Whole Lawson Family

It sounds like he enjoyed life to the fullest.Knowing Paul and his family I see the same, Edgar's love for family and all that he enjoyed was passed on and will be passed on through generations to come. That being said, he was a great Father. I'm sorry for your loss.
