Ervin E. "Bud" Holben, 77 of Sarver passed away on October 18, 2016 at his son's home.

Born January 27, 1939 in Punxsutawney, PA, he was the son of the late Charles and Dorothy (Shirey) Holben.

He was the owner and operator of Bud's Auto Sales and Auto Repair. He was a member of several bowling leagues and golf leagues. Bud loved bowling, golfing, riding his bicycles, and spending time with his family.

Surviving are wife, Shirley J. (Poston) Holben, who he married April 13, 1960, sons, Charles (Amy) Holben of Cabot and Ervin Holben, Jr., of Sarver, daughter, Bobbie Jean (fiance, Jeff) Holben of Ft. Collins, CO, two brothers, Kenneth (Dolores) Holben and Edward (Antoinette) Holben, six sisters, Shirley Jean (Gary) Hloznik, Carol (the late Ernie) Aller, Pat (the late Gary) Barnhart, Peg (Phil) Hay, Lynn Nuce, and Sandy (Rick) Wilhart, 6 grandchildren; Tiffany (Seth) Bandi, Adam Holben, Dillion Holben, Cameron Holben, Elliot Holben, and Madison Holben, and 2 great grandchildren, Wyatt and Lane Bandi.

Friends will be received on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 7- 8 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., 410 W. Main Street, Saxonburg.

A memorial service will follow at 8 pm with Rev. Robert H. Wilson officiating.
