George E. Summerville, 71, of West Sunbury passed away on October 16, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born January 28, 1946 in Butler, PA, he was the son of E. Paul Summerville and Pauline McKinney Summerville.

George served in the US Navy during Vietnam.

George worked as a car salesman. He was a member of First Baptist Church of North East, PA, and the American Legion. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Surviving are his son, Jason E. Summerville of West Sunbury, his siblings Marie Olszewski of Saxonburg, Norman Summerville of Butler, Marilyn (Hal) Thompson-Callihan of Lake Latonka (Mercer), PA and Carolyn (Willie) Powell of Cabot.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 5 brothers

Friends will be received on Thursday, October 19, 2017, from 9:30 - 11:00 am at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.

Services will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Rimersburg Cemetery.
