I am deeply saddened after reading the news that a former ♀ classmate of mine from elementary and high schools, Kristen King Lauster, has passed away. I learned about the news on 28 June 2017. What do I remember the most about Kris? She was a tough woman who did not tolerate the shenanigans of yours truly; alongside the rest of her ♂ classmates. Allow me to scribe an example. Kris and I were in the same elementary algebra class. She was sitting right above me. She used to say that if I were to have snapped her bra strap, then she would have killed me. I believed that Kris would have done exactly that. I still believe in that to this very day. ¶ Now, I do not know how long and progressive her declining health was. I just hope and pray that Kris is at peace. I hope and pray that Kris is at a better place now.

Dear Liv and Gary, I am so very sad to hear of Kris's passing. Kris was one of those rare sparklers- her light shone bright everywhere she went. Baudy and fun. So kind and generous. She always managed to brighten my day and make me smile whenever I visited my Mom. My deepest condolences to all that loved her. She was/is an angel.

My heart is hurting so much right now. I didn't know Kris in person but knew her from online for about 15 years. She was such a happy fun woman. I never got tired of reading her posts or her e-mails. She always brought a smile to my heart. She used to make me laugh when she would talk about her Rosie and her new little baby. She loved Liv and Gary more than anything in this world. She loved her dogs, the little outside kitty she took care of, gardening, cooking and vacations in W.V. Such a wonderful woman and she will be missed greatly. Liv your Mom was always so proud of you, she loved you so much.
