Shirley's passing is very sad news indeed. I got to know her through on DJ forums. We spent a few evenings chatting as we worked on getting one of her and Fred's computers in top shape. Shirley had a great sense of humor but I'll always remember how kind she was. Prayers and condolences to her family and friends.

Dear Brenda and Ray,
I am so sorry for your loss. Doesn't matter how old we are, it is always too soon to lose our moms. May memories comfort you in the days ahead.

I am sad to hear that Shirley passed from this life into the next adventure. Having worked with her at Ritz Camera for several years left fond memories and the little presents she gave to me at Christmas time are still treasured and will keep the memories of her alive for me. I am glad to have met her and was able to walk part of our life's trails together.

Family and friends, your thoughtful wishes are sincerely appreciated and have touched us deeply. "The SheWolf" will be missed.
Following the hearse today I was reminded of Confederate Railroad, paraphrased here: "As they drove her away in that big Cadillac, with a tear in my eye I had to laugh. Mama never was the Cadillac kind. She said 'some things just glitter and shine'. Just this once, I hope Mama enjoyed the ride."
Rest in peace, my dear compadre. I miss you. Please give Tiny my best. :)

Dear Shirley's Family and Fred,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I met Shirl only a few times, but she was always a warm and sweet person. I know she and my brother Fred gave each other great happiness and love over the years they spent together. None of us will live forever, but some pass too soon. She lives on in your hearts.
Love
Dianne

Brenda and family, I am praying for you all for the Lord's comfort and peace to surround you all. I love you guys so much. I always felt part of the family growing up. I mean, both of our moms were named Shirley so it wasn't a stretch. Brenda you will always be my best friend and it is a testament of the kind of lady that raised you. Prayers going out to you all. I wish I could be there in person to give hugs too. Love you.

Shirley Ann and I always had so much fun when we were young. I would go to stay for a few weeks over the summer at the farm, always came home with a new pet. We got into lots of trouble too, chasing the cows playing in the hay loft etc. We did things we knew we shouldn't but thought we were smart enough to get away with, but we always got caught. Haven't seen much of Shirley in the past few years but I will always remember the good times we had together. My thoughts and prayer are with her family. Cousin Glady June
