William T. "Railroad" Allman, 68, of Saxonburg, passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 25, 2017.

Born October 14, 1948 in New Kensington, PA, he was the son of Albert Allman and Margaret Saunders Allman.

Bill was an extremely good hearted man. He would help anyone with anything. Bill was a Navy Veteran and was in the National Guard. He worked for Conrail at Allegheny Ludlum for many years. He was a member of Saxonburg VFW and the Sarver Vets.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Barkley Allman, whom he married June 26, 1970, 2 daughters, Rene Allman of Saxonburg and Stacy Nguyen of Valencia, his brother, Albert H. Allman of Waukesha, WI, 4 sisters, Margaret (Wayne) Kelley of Sarver, Sharon (Gary) Duffy of Pray, MT, Eleanore Chmiel of Saxonburg and Michelle Caldwell of Cabot, his granddaughter, Katelyn Allman and grandson, Dylan Cunningham, also many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Friends will be received on Sunday, May 28, 2017, from 2-4 & 6-8 and also on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, from 10:00-11:00 am at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, 11:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Matthew Barry officiating.

Interment will follow in Mt. Airy Cemetery.
