Earl E. "Corky" McCorkle, 79 of Butler, went to celebrate his 80th with his Lord and Savior on December 1, 2018.
Born December 6, 1938 in Curtisville, PA, he was the son of Clarence McCorkle and Elsie Whitehead McCorkle.
Earl had worked at Glenshaw Glass, the Bair Foundation and especially enjoyed working as a Karaoke DJ. He was a member of New Beginnings Free Methodist and the TOPS Club. He enjoyed hunting and he loved music and singing.
Surviving are wife, Margaret "Peggy" Birckbichler McCorkle whom he married November 26, 1994, his children, John McCorkle of Dubois, Jim (Dawn) McCorkle of Redmond, WA, Dan (Mel) Uber of Uniontown, Don (Colette) Uber of Renfrew, Matt (Jenn) McCorkle of Sarver, Bobbi Sue Covert of East Butler, 1 brother, Ron McCorkle of Virginia, 2 sisters, Evelyn Nagy of Saxonburg and Valerie (John) Siekierski of Butler, 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents. 2 sisters, Marie Borsuk and Betty Jean Formento, 1 brother, Glenn McCorkle and 1 granddaughter, Marlayna Bathje
Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.
Services will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, 11:00 am at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA, with Rev. Matthew Perkins officiating.
Interment will follow in Greenlawn Burial Estates.
