Betty E. Giesler

 Betty E. Kaempf Giesler, 90 of Cabot passed away on August 1, 2023 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. 

 Born October 20, 1932 in West Winfield, PA, she was the daughter of the late Fred  Kaempf and Johanna Gagneur Kaempf.

 She worked as a picker for the Butler County Mushroom Farm.  Betty was a member of the St. John Roman Catholic Church, Coylesville.

Surviving are her sister, Mary Ann Macurdy of Cabot, grandsons, Christopher Lauer of Cabot and Jonathan (Kaleena) Lauer of Butler, great granddaughters, Hanna and Emma Lauer, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Giesler, daughter, Rosemary Uptegraph., two brothers, Harry and John and 1 sister, Jenny.  

 A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:00 am at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish, St. John Church, 668 Clearfield Road, Fenelton.  Everyone please meet at the church.

Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery.
