Carolyn E. Miller

Carolyn E. Miller (Tegethoff) age 90 passed peacefully residing at Concordia of Cranberry personal care facility, March 8, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones. Beloved wife of the late Robert H. Miller (1980), loving mother of Steve (Mary), Patricia Satterlee (Amos), Cindy Whitby (Michael), and Brian (Elaine), along with seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Carolyn was the last survivor of Frank and Caroline (Eckert) Tegethoff, with three brothers and five sisters. She is survived by two brother- in-laws, Dave and Don Miller. Carolyn’s loving nieces and nephews remained in contact with her over the years sharing wonderful memories. Carolyn was raised on Pittsburgh’s Northside, graduating from Allegheny High School in 1948.  Carolyn will be best remembered for her loyalty to family, friends, quiet devotion to her faith, overall kindness and upbeat spirit. Funeral Mass will be conducted April 24th, 10AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel - St. Teresa, 800 Avila CT, Pittsburgh 15237, followed by a luncheon (TBD). In lieu of flowers, donations to Concordia of Cranberry, 10 Adams Ridge Blvd. Mars, PA 16046. (please note her name on memo line).
