Conrad G. (Connie) Lang, Sr., 90 of Saxonburg passed away on November 28, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital.

Born October 5, 1932 in Saxonburg, PA, he was the son of Joseph A. Lang and Minnie Mae Johnston Lang. He was married to Cheryl (Weitzel) Lang in 1962 until her death in 2013.

Connie was Private first Class in the US Army from 1953-1955. He worked as a millwright for US Steel for 27 years. He also worked at Krendale Golf Course. Connie was a member of the Saxonburg VFW Post 7376 and a life member of the Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Company. He was an avid baseball player. He loved to play golf, enjoyed bowling, woodworking, hunting, drawing and loved sunbathing. Connie was a very loving father and enjoyed spending time with family.

Surviving is his son, Conrad G. Lang Jr., of Saxonburg, daughter, Adriann Cunningham of Saxonburg and grandsons, Kyler Bastian and Michael McClure, Jr.

He is preceded in death by wife, Cheryl J. (Weitzel) Lang, parents Joseph A. Lang Sr., and Minnie Mae Johnston Lang, brothers Joseph Lang, Jr. and Norman Lang, and sister, Dolores Jenkins.

There will be no services.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
