Donald N. Venturini, 86, of Saxonburg passed away on April 22, 2024 at his home.
Born January 29, 1938 in Lucesco, PA, he was the son of Luigi Venturini and Mary Ruggeri Venturini.
Don served in the US Army from 1957-1960. He was the Lead Avionics Mechanic for US Airways, having worked for 35 years, before retiring. Don was a very active member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot..After his retirement, he volunteered as a handyman and then worked for St. Luke School. He was a member of several Historical Societies in Allegheny Twp. and Freeport. He enjoyed doing genealogical and historical research.
Surviving are his children, Jeffree Venturini of Pittsburgh, Randall Venturini of Pittsburgh, Donalyn Shelton of Saxonburg, Janna Venturini of Pittsburgh, and 3 grandchildren, Julia, Joseph and Matthieu.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Lynn B. Venturini and two brothers, Robert Venturini and Dean Venturini.
Private interment will be in the Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
