Edna Weckerly Obituary

 Edna Mae  Weckerly, 98 of Cabot passed away on  April 10, 2021 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries
 
 Born June 8, 1922 in Middlesex Twp.,  she was the daughter of William  Charles Marshall and Ida Pearl Neupert Marshall.
 
 Edna worked as a seamstress at the Spaide Shirt Factory during World War II and also worked at Islay's in Butler.   She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Saxonburg.  She was a long-time resident at Concordia.  She loved flower gardening, sewing, cooking and baking, playing bingo and especially spending time with her family.
 
 Surviving are two daughters, Ruth (Bob) Hoon of Novi, MI and Marsha (Bob) Wagner of Butler, PA, 3 granddaughters, Stacey Viglione, Rosanna Brueckner and Rebecca Anderson,  6 great-grandchildren, Gabriella and Gianni Viglione, Evan and Arianna Brueckner, Abigail and Emma Anderson, one niece, one great-niece and two great-great nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her  husband, of 53 years, Howard L. Weckerly, who died on April 18, 1998. 
 
Private family services were held at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc. in Saxonburg.
     
 Interment was in Greenlawn Burial Estates.  
 
 Memorial donations may be made to Concordia Lutheran Ministries.
