Emily J. "June" Bollinger, 102, of Cabot passed away on August 29, 2026 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries.
Born March 29, 1924 in New Kensington, she was the daughter of Theodore J. Myers and Selene Powell Myers.
June had worked for Alcoa, Social Security, Harts Custom Drapery and for the Allegheny Valley Hospital. She attended Harvest Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting Caps for Kids, sewing, traveling, playing cards and spending time with her family.
Surviving are her children, Janene (Jack) Chernosky of Valencia, Marcie (John) Burket of Homer City, Robert L. (Helen) Bollinger of St. Cloud, FL, Susan (Ken) Swanger of New Kensington, Karen (Brad) Simcik of Kittanning; two sisters, Ruthanne Sulitz of Cabot and Margie Artman of Plum Boro; 15 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Raymond L. Bollinger on May 27, 1992; two sisters Goldie Miller and Ermaline Stanek and one brother Howard Myers.
Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell.
A private celebration of life will be held later.
