Evan Pileski, 45 of Saxonburg passed away on August 25, 2024 at his home.
Born June 8, 1979 in Johnstown, PA, he was the son of John Pileski and Patricia (Makin) Pileski.
He worked as a Journeyman for the Local 449 Steamfitters. His Barn was his sanctuary and a gathering place for comradery and companionship among friends. He created community and fellowship in every situation he was in. He drew people to him with his easy likeability and quick to smile nature. He was very inclusive of all and knew a peaceful world is a better world. He was a great dad, Aspen was his everything....his light. He was musical and artistic with a natural ability. He loved music and shared his talents freely and whole heartedly. There isn't a person who knew him and loved him that didn't have a fond memory of him. Hammering out a song on his guitar, harmonica or piano accompanied by that voice that we will all miss so much. His last day with his father was spent fishing for walleye on Lake Erie.
Surviving are his Father, John Pileski of Ebensburg, PA, Mother, Patricia Pileski of Ebensburg, PA, daughter, Aspen Sproull, Brother, Christopher (Tracy) Pileski of Miles City, MT, sisters, Shana (Barry) Daye of Richmond, VA, Elly (Tim) Pisarski of Ebensburg, PA, Numerous Aunts and Uncles along with Several Nieces and Nephews.
He is preceded in death by four Grandparents.
Friends will be received from Friday, August 30, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00- 7:30 with a Blessing Service following at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.
Memorial donations may be made to a Suicide Prevention Foundation or Substance Abuse Foundation.
