Gary Slupe

 Gary  Slupe, 71 of Butler passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023 at the Butler Memorial Hospital. 
 
 Born January 22, 1952 in Butler, PA, he was the son of the late Donald Joseph and Ruth Elizabeth Post Slupe.
 
 He worked at Pullman Standard and was a member of the former Grace Lutheran Church in Butler. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards and was avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan, especially Roberto Clemente. He also enjoyed classic rock music and doing handyman work around his home.
 
 Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Criss Anne Borso Slupe, his daughters, Erin (Michael) Tillery of Cranberry Twp. and Cary Gregor of Butler, 4 grandchildren, Hailie Slupe, Marcus Tillery, Mikayla Tillery, and Olivia Lascuola, and his great grandson, Graiesonn Glass.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Slupe and sister, Donna Kyper.
 
 There will be no visitation or services.
 
 Private interment will be held at the Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
