Henry G. Sundermann, Jr.

 Henry D. Sundermann, 95, of Cabot, formerly of Fox Chapel, passed away on  April 6, 2023.
 
 Born December 16, 1927 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Henry D. Sundermann, Sr.  and Celesta A. Kennedy Sundermann. 
 
Hank retired in 1990 as a Business Manager for Hospital Linen Service Facility.  A member of Shadyside Presbyterian Church, where he had served as an Elder.   He also served as an Elder and President of the Board of Trustees at Eastminster Presbyterian Church.  A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Business Administration, where he lettered in track and cross country. 

He was a member of the Pitt Varsity Letter Club and served several terms on the Board of Directors.  A member of the Masonic Blue Lodge #728, Scottish Rite and Syria Shrine for over 50 years.   He was a life member of the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Hilda (Menke) Sundermann and one sister, Betty Sundermann.

Interment services will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Mausoleum Chapel at Mt. Royal Cemetery.
