James P. "Babe" Murray, 62, of Saxonburg passed away on March 25, 2023 at his home.
Born March 7, 1961 in New Kensington, he was the son of Timothy Murray and Patricia Bayne Murray.
Babe had worked as a HVAC Technician. Babe was a devoted family man. He loved building and fixing things. He was known for always having the right tool. He enjoyed family gatherings and rooting for all the Pittsburgh sports teams. We want to thank him for all his support, nameless acts of kindness and love that he gave to each of us. We are so lucky to have had someone who gave us so much to remember. He will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
Surviving are wife of 42 years, Kathy Murray, two daughters, Kelly (Dale) Aber of West Leechburg and Jamie (Jarrett) McDonough of West Leechburg, four grandchildren, Dale Aber III, Kiley Aber, Catrina DeCecco, Nicholas DeCecco, one great-grandaughter, Shelby Democko, and his siblings.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter Cassie Murray.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm with prayers to follow, at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.
