Leroy K. McKinney

Leroy Kiner McKinney, 68, of Saxonburg, passed away on February 14, 2018 at the VA Medical Center, Pittsburgh.

He was born June 14, 1949 in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of William McKinney and Jean Vogel McKinney.

Leroy served in the US Army during Vietnam. He worked in the kitchen at Highland Drive VA. He enjoyed lottery scratch-off tickets and fishing.

Surviving are his wife, Janice McKinney, whom he married May 1, 1982, 1 son, Robert McKinney of Saxonburg and 1 daughter, Cherrie Mahan, his sister, Tina McKinney of Saxonburg, and his brother, Ralph (Sue) McKinney of Saxonburg.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Friends will be received from Friday, February 16, 2018, 3:00 - 6:00 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.

Services will follow at 6:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Doug Dorsey officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to the family for donation to the Community Living Center at the Butler VA.
