Martha Jane Parison

 Martha Jane Parison, 89 of Sarver passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024 at Magnolia Place of Saxonburg. 
 
 She was born October 1, 1934 in Allison Park, PA, a daughter of the late Christopher Clair Byrne and Martha Auld Byrne.  
 
 She was a 1953 graduate of Hampton High School. Jane was a member of St. Francis of Assisi, St. Joseph Worship Site, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers and a Sunday School teacher. She enjoyed baking, canning, cooking, gardening, watching Pittsburgh sports and spending time with her family. 
 
 Surviving are her loving husband of 67 years, John Parison, Jr., her children, John C. (Veronica) Parison of Natrona Heights, Ronald J. (Brenda) Parison of Sarver, Barbara J. Bastian of Saxonburg, Sandra A. (Don) Selman of Carthage, TX,  Janet L. (Raymond) Mentel of Saxonburg, and Edward T. (Robyn) Parison of Sarver, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 sister, 3 brothers and her son in law, Bryan Bastian. 
 
 Friends will be received on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc., 410 W. Main Street, Saxonburg.
     
 A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 11:00 am at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish -St. Joseph Church, Cabot with  Father James Kurtz, OFM Cap. officiating.
 
 Interment will follow in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
