Melda Lesseski Lescelius

Mrs. Melda E. Lesseski Lescelius, age 88, of Senoia, GA, formerly of Sarver, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2022. 

She was born March 2, 1934 in East Brady to the late Claire and Grace Kemery. 

Melda was a worked as a nurse for various agencies until her retirement. She was a member of Peachtree Baptist Church in Senoia, GA. Melda was a also a member of the Bethel Bible Baptist Church in Worthington. She loved praying for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Robert H. Lescelius; her children, Cynthia Wilson and her husband, Ron, James Lesseski and his wife, Rhonda, Dan Lesseski and his wife, Chrissy; step-sons, Robert Lescelius, Jr. and his wife, Nilsa, Jonathan Lescelius; grandchildren, Matthew (Rebecca), Ron,. Jr. (Heather), Becky (Dean), Jen (Sky), Mark (Nicole), D.J. (Emma), Jessica (Mathew), Stacy (Jade), Aaron (Anna), Caleb; 29 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; brothers, Ken Kemery (Judy), Max Kemery (Alice). 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Raymond Lesseski, who she married September 11, 1954, her brothers, Lester, Harold, and Ford Kemery and her sister, Martha Kemery Beacom. 

Friends will be received on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc., 410 W. Main Street, Saxonburg.

A funeral service will follow at 8 pm with her nephew, Randy Lesseski officiating.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11 am at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Sarver.
