Norman Pittman, 85 of Valencia passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023 at St. John's Specialty Care Center.
Born January 10, 1938 in Curtisville, PA, he was the son of the late William P. Pittman and Naomi Brewer Pittman.
He worked as an inspector for Glenshaw Glass. He was a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Slate Lick. Norman loved playing the guitar in Marionville, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and the weather.
Surviving are his loving wife, Dolores Jenkins Pittman, who he married January 8, 1955, his sons, Brian Paul (Anne) Pittman of Valencia, Timothy A. (Diane) Pittman of Allison Park, and Scot Craig (Pam Blume) Pittman of Philadelphia, 7 grandchildren; Jennifer, Brian Jr., Deshonne, Timothy Jr., Scot, Matt, and Amanda, many great grandchildren, and his sisters, Thelma (Fred) Seybert of Sarver, Val Jean Seybert of Niles, OH, and Doreen Donald of Sarasota, FL.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Randall Lee Pittman and a sister, Barbara Augustine.
Friends will be received on Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., 410 W. Main Street, Saxonburg, PA.
Services will follow at 12:30 pm at funeral home with Rev. Richard Crofutt officiating.
Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Reformed Presbyterian Church of Slate Lick, 1097 Freeport Road, Kittanning PA 16201.
