Patricia A. Kennedy

Patricia Ann (Shorts) Kennedy, passed away on August 2, 2023 under the care of Good Samaritan Hospice after medical issues diminished all the fight she had left in her.  She will be laid to rest beside her late husband Gerald Roy Kennedy, who she sadly missed since his passing.

A long-time resident of Saxonburg, she was a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was lovingly known as Gigi.  She enjoyed Jazzercise meet ups, dancing and singing to her own variations of songs heard on the radio and lunches with old friends.

After slowing down a bit, visits from her grandkids and great-grandkids filled her heart.  The other residents and staff of both Concordia and Embassy at Saxonburg were blessed by these visits, as smiles were seen from across the room as Pat's youngest generation would run and giggle down the halls, while waving to all.

To honor her personal wishes, there will be no funeral service. Her close family and friends invite you to please privately celebrate Pat's memory in your own way, knowing that she will be with us all in spirit.  Thank you for you understanding at this difficult time.
