Ralph T. Davis, Sr., 82, of Saxonburg, formerly of Worthington, passed away on August 27, 2025 at his home.
Born February 4, 1943 in Cowansville, he was the son of Robert Davis and Gladys Montgomery Davis.
Ralph worked as a heavy equipment operator for 41 years for Operating Engineers Local 66. He was a member of Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church and a Life member of the Elks USA in Kittanning. He enjoyed gardening, collecting & operating Lionel trains, his weekly visit with the "Village People" of Saxonburg at the Heritage Wine Shop. He also enjoyed traveling and spending time with his grandchildren..
Surviving are his wife, Rose (Black) Davis, whom he married on May 4, 1963; his son, Ralph (Amy) Davis of Sarver, his daughter, Beth (John) Byron of Kittanning; one brother, John "Jack" (Jacquie) Davis of Cowansville; one sister, Janet (Bob) Jesteadt of Prospect; three grandchildren, Brandon Davis, Chief Warrant Officer 3, US Army; Tristan Davis, US Air Force Retired; Joelyn Rose Davis, SSgt. US Air Force and two great-grandchildren, Elina Rose and Bryce Dalton.
He is preceded in death his parents and one brother, W. Fred Davis
Friends will be received on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.
Services will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, 11:00 am at the Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Douglas M. Dorsey officiating.
Interment will follow in Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
