Raymond Schnaubelt Obituary

Raymond J Schnaubelt of Cabot passed away peacefully on Feb.10 2021 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. 

Born August 24, 1928 in North Braddock PA, he was the son of the late Leo Schnaubelt and Louise Klemmer Schnaubelt. 

Ray was a US Navy veteran. He worked for Penn Monaca Steel Products in Beaver County, where he worked in sales and in drafting. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the St. Joseph R.C. church in Cabot. Ray was known for his kind soul and caring nature. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, golfing, fishing, woodworking, wood carving and smoking his pipe. 

Surviving are his loving daughters, Linda (Charlie) Murphy of Pittsburgh PA, Julie (Tim) Sheehan of Strongsville OH and Sabra (the late Jim) Sheehan of FL, many grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his spouses, Elizabeth Azinger Schnaubelt, Julia Quast Schnaubelt, Elizabeth Utchel, daughter Jeanne Schnaubelt, granddaughter Karrie Dendler, great grandson Kyle Dendler, sisters Donice Fogle, Ann Hindin and brothers Mark Schnaubelt and Leo "Skip" Schnaubelt. 

Due to Covid-19 services will be private and at the convenience of the family. 

Memorial donations may be made to the Concordia Lutheran Ministries Good Samaritan Fund.
