Robert King Obituary

Robert O. King, 96, of Cabot, passed away on June 26, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born December 11, 1925 in New Stanton, PA, he was the son of Oliver R. King and Olive Espey King.

Bob served in the US Marine Corps during WWII in Guam and the Marianas Islands.

He worked as a Electrical inspector for Middle Department of Fire Underwriters. He was a Mason. He enjoyed playing the guitar, hunting, fishing, traveling, sports, woodworking, playing pool, family and family gatherings

Surviving are two sons, Robert A. King of Allison Park, PA and James King of Michigan, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 75 years, Delta Jaunita King and his sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Hart.

There will be no visitation or services.

Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
