Sharon Wissinger Obituary
Sharon A. Wissinger, 73, of Saxonburg, passed away on April 10, 2024 at the Allegheny General Hospital.
Born August 27, 1950 in Natrona Heights, PA, she was the daughter of Paul Rieger and Dorothy Beckwith Rieger.
Sharon worked as a Dietary Manager for Saxony Health Center retiring in 2017 after 37 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and traveling across the U.S. with Ken to attend softball tournaments.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Wissinger, whom she married August 24, 1968, her daughter, Sandra (Thomas) Fritch of Kittanning, one sister, Trenece (Gary ) Wisnick of Natrona Heights, four grandchildren,Kashmir, Derek, Amber and Brandon and two great-grandchildren, Kenleigh and Layna.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Paul Rieger and one son, Kenneth P. Wissinger
Friends will be received on Sunday, April 14, 2024, 12- 4 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 pm with Ronald Johns officiating.
Private interment will follow in Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
