Shirley A. Sasse

 Shirley A. Sasse, 89, of  Cabot,  passed away on  December 30, 2024 at the Magnolia Place of Saxonburg. 
 
 Born May 28, 1935 in Marwood, she was the daughter of Melvin  Logan and Stella Osche Logan.
 
Shirley had worked in the packhouse at Moonlight Mushroom for 30 years, before retiring.   She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish-St. Joseph Church in Cabot.  She enjoyed going to camp, playing cards and watching the Steelers.
 
 Surviving are her son, Ronald (Debra) Sasse of Sarver, her daughter, Diane Mahan of Saxonburg, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Allen Sasse and four children, Deborah Sasse, Russell "Rusty" Sasse, Kimberly Sasse and  Kathleen Kelley 
 
Graveside services will be held at the St. John Cemetery in Coylesville on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
