Tammy Wolf Harrison born on August 27, 1968, passed away peacefully on May 8th 2026 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
Tammy devoted her life to caring for others. After graduating from Baldwin High School in 1986, she continued to Duquesne University, where she earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in counseling in 1993.
She began her career working with children in 1990, where she found her true passion. She continued to care for others every day of her life, spending her last 20 years employed by Wesley Family Services working with children with autism.
Outside of work she found joy in watching her boys playing sports - Logan on the Knoch football team & Landon on the Knoch baseball team & travel team. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, she loved watching her Steelers play each week during football season.
Anyone who knew Tammy knew her love was boundless. She leaves behind her two sons, Logan Alexander and Landon William Harrison; her parents, Bill and Carmella Wolf; her brother, Billy Wolf; her nephews, Joshua (Brooke) Wolf and Garrett (Kelsey) Wolf; and her great nephews, Andrew and Luke Wolf. She also leaves behind her goddaughters Francesca and Olivia Ferrante and her faithful, loving, and protective puppy Luna.
Tammy’s life was one that ended too soon. After her diagnosis, she courageously fought with the love and support of her family, friends, and community. Even in her hardest moments near the end, she was always thinking of others before herself. Her ability to show compassion and kindness to everyone who crossed her path is something that will never be forgotten. May she rest easy knowing the positive impact she has had on countless lives.
