Thomas Flack, Jr. Obituary

Thomas Martin Flack, Jr., age 54, of Saxonburg (formerly Mt. Oliver), passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on February 11, 2025. He was born on July 15, 1970, to Thomas M. Flack and Ann Louise Flack, he lived a life filled with passion, love and dedication.

A devoted husband and best friend to Renae for 35 years, and his two daughters, Catelyn Abdelsalam (Mo) and Lyndsie Stone (Sam), whom he adored and instilled with a love for the outdoors.  He leaves behind a legacy of family, love, and the simple pleasures of life.

Thomas was a true outdoorsman.  His passion for hunting and fishing was more than just a hobby; it was a connection to nature, a source of peace, and a way to create lasting memories with his family and friends.  Much time was spent in a deer stand or on the lake, rod in hand, waiting for the big one. He was a skilled sportsman, but more importantly, he was a teacher, sharing his knowledge and love for the outdoors with anyone who was willing to learn.

Tom is also survived by his father, of Carrick; his siblings Margie Englert, Venice Honick, Marie Von Dolteran, Fawn (Ken) McGuigan, Gina (Ross) Honick, and Erick Flack. He was the son-in-law to William and JoAnne Bell and brother-in-law to Heather Bell and Robert (Karen) Bell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  Tom was a life-long friend to Matthew Flaherty and Mike Kweder.

He is preceded in death by his mother and one sister, Bridgette Honick
