Thomas A. Lawson

 Thomas  A. Lawson, 70, of Freeport passed away on  March 9, 2023 at his home.
 
 Born March 22, 1952 in Butler, PA, he was the son of Morley  Lawson  and Eunice McCloskey Lawson.
 
 Tom served in the US Army in Vietnam, where he received the Purple Heart.  He was a self-employed truck driver.   He was an avid race car fan.  
 
 Surviving are his daughters, Traci L. Lawson of Bowie, MD and Becky L. (Greg) Kemper, of Bellevue,   two brothers, Larry (Candy) Lawson of Portland, OR and Morley (Barb) Lawson of Butler, PA, 5 grandchildren, Keon and Kye Barrett and Logan, Jackson and Mia Kemper.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Donald Lawson and William Lawson, also his niece, Pamela Zulick Lawson 
 
Family and Friends will be received on Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 1:30-2:30 pm  at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.  A memorial service will follow at 2:30 pm with Rev. Alex Derosa officiating.
