Walter H. Sell, Jr.

 Walter  H. Sell, Jr., 80, of Worthington,  passed away on  May 27, 2025, Concordia Lutheran Ministries. 
 
 Born February 3, 1945 in Natrona Heights, he was the son of Walter  H. Sell and Doris Singer Sell.
 
 Walt served in the US Air Force during Vietnam as an airplane mechanic.  Upon coming home he became a flight instructor, having trained many pilots through the years at the Butler Airport and the McVille Airport.   He enjoyed training the pilots and usually could be found hanging around the airport.
 
 Surviving are his brother, Roger (Debbie) Sell of Cabot, his niece Alethea (Brian) Myers, his nephew, Vincent Sell and great- uncle to Thaddaus, Andrew and Morgan.

He is preceded in death by his parents. 
 
Private services with military honors will be held at the Lawn Haven Cemetery in Worthington.
