William F. Sepich, Sr.

 William F. Sepich, Sr., 89, of Saxonburg passed away on October 21, 2025 at the Butler Memorial Hospital. 
 
 Born February 23, 1936 in West Winfield, he was the son of Joseph Sepich and Anna Vucjak Sepich.
 
Bill worked as a foreman for Moonlight Mushroom, retiring in 1993. He then went to work as a greeter for the next 15 years at Kelly Chevrolet.   He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish- St. Joseph Church in Cabot and the Knights of Columbus.   Bill always loved spending time with family and friends. He had a passion for playing baseball and softball.  He played in tri-county baseball throughout the Alle-Kiski Area and played 16 years of competitive softball.   His teams participated in many national tournaments where he was named to the All-World Team five times.  He played on many baseball and softball championship teams throughout his career.
 
Surviving are his wife, Brenda (Luke) Sepich, whom he married December 1, 1973, his daughter, Christie (Steve) Corbin of Findlay, OH, his son, Bill Sepich, Jr. of Valencia, three grandchildren, Brooke Grabbe, Joseph Sherrib, Krystal Sepico and three great-grandchildren, Eleanor, Adeline and Margo.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Joseph Sepich, John Sepich and two sisters, Mary Lubatti and Millie Coller. 
 
 Friends will be received on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.
     
 Services will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 11:00 am at St. Joseph Church with Fr. Ward Stakem and Fr. James Kurtz officiating. 
 
 Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Herman.
