William "Mr. Bill" Venesky

 William A. "Mr. Bill" Venesky, 79, of Cabot passed away on September 5, 2024 at the St. Margaret Memorial Hospital. 
 
 Born May 4, 1945 in New Kensington, he was the son of Zigmond S. Venesky and Anna M. Polesky Venesky.
 
 Bill worked as a Electrician/Mechanic for Penn-Allegh Coal.   He was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Parish (Transfiguration) in Russellton PA, United Mine Workers.   He enjoyed woodworking, electronics, computers, hunting, fishing, camping and loved going to the movies with his wife.  Mr. Bill was a family man and enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
 
 Surviving are his wife Brenda J. (Miller) Venesky, whom he married June 19, 1965, four sons, Greg (Rebecca) Venesky of Cabot, Joe (Charlene) Venesky of Boyers, Mike (Heather) Venesky of Cabot and Jamie (Michelle) Venesky of Butler, his sister, Kathleen (Dennis) Zibreg of New Kensington, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Zigmond Venesky and Anthony Venesky,and two sisters, Maryann Shaffer and Irene Long. 
 
 Friends will be received on Saturday, September 7, 2024, 2-4 & 6-8 at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.
     
 A Blessing Service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024, 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Fr. James Kurtz officiating.
 
 Interment will follow in Greenlawn Burial Estates.
