Hazel G. McCormick, resident of Arvada, CO and former resident of Sarver, PA, was born November 9, 1924 and died after a short illness on July 23, 2016.

Hazel will be remembered for her cheerfulness, kindness and her faith in Jesus Christ.

She was an executive secretary for DuCo Ceramics Co. for 20 years and a member of Zion United Methodist Church.

Preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Vernon "Mack" McCormick.

Survived by son, Richard McCormick of Cabot and daughter, Ina Sadulski of Arvada, CO, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by friends and family.

Friends will be received on Friday, July 29, 2016 from 6-8 pm at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc., 410 W. Main Street, Saxonburg.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 10 am at the funeral home.

A luncheon will follow at the Evolution Grille, Freeport, PA.
