Aunt Kay was my very favorite aunt in the world. Every visit to Pittsburgh included loving hugs, soft-spoken words and kindness to my sister and me. Not to mention the amazing meals, especially her delicious nut roll, Taylor ham and roasts served on fine china. May Heaven enjoy its newest baker extraordinaire. Xo

We, the McKenna family, lived two doors away from the Severn family on Chelton with Dr. Henry & family separating our two homes. We moved to Chelton in 1940 and with seven boys in our family the neighborhood was never the same. I remember Mrs Severn, her late husband John and my memory of the boys is fuzzy. Kathryn and her husband John were always very kind to all of us and I have a photo of my brothers that was taken in the Severn's backyard. R.I.P. Kathryn, Peace & Love to family.
