Orjean "Jeanie" Emma Koegler, 81 of Cranberry Twp passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at UPMC Passavant.

Born October 25, 1935 in Winfield Twp., PA, she was the daughter of the late O.J. Nicol and Bertha Gaulke Nicol.

Jeanie was a graduate of Butler High School. She worked as a book keeper at Leedonworall and also at Hannahstown Mutual Insurance Company. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cabot., where she made the bulletin for over 50 years. Jeanie enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.

Surviving are husband, Dale Koegler, who she married July 10, 1950, her children, Sherry (Frank) Hall of Summerville, SC, Tamera (Winston) Vaughan of Walton, KY, Brian (Deb Huselton) Koegler of Saxonburg, and David (Diane) Koegler of Cranberry Twp., 6 grandchildren, Debra, Rebecca and Joseph Hall, Nicole Vaughan, and Molly and Kelly Koegler, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers Gerald and George Nicol and sister, Doris Atkinson.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 10:30 am at the St. Luke Lutheran Church, 330 Hannahstown Road, Cabot with Rev. Barry Keurulainen officiating.

Interment will be held at St. Luke Cemetery.
