To Phils family and friends:
Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your loved one Phil. He delivered my fuel to the Monroe County Airport in Woodsfield, Ohio. He was the first driver from Purvis Brothers to deliver fuel to the airport and he was so helpful and friendly. He shared so many stories of his family and his love of farming, it was always such a joy to talk with him.
