James P. Neubert, 93 of Cabot passed away on October 6, 2016 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries.

Born August 28, 1923 in Jefferson Twp. Butler Co., PA, he was the son of the late Ralph F. Neubert and Esther C. Neubert.

James was a US Army veteran of WWII. He worked for Caterpillar Company and also worked for Armstrong Utilities as a mail clerk. He was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot.

Surviving are a sister in law, Phyllis Neubert of Cabot, two nieces, four nephews, many great nieces and nephews, and a cousin.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, John Neubert and a nephew, Mark Neubert.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 10 am at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cabot, with Rev. Barry Keurulainen officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Luke Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the St. Luke Lutheran School, Mark Neubert Endowment Fund, 330 Hannahstown Road, Cabot PA 16023.
